Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat happens if it rains on my regularly schedule day of service?
We monitor the weather forecast & cut either the day before or day after forecasted
rain
Do you cut when my lawn is wet?
We don’t make it a habit of cutting lawns when they are wet; however, depending on
the number of forecasted days of rain it may be necessary to cut it or possibly skip that week.
For my monthly service, am I charged if it is necessary to skip a week of service?
We generally bank on three services per season, which we do not charge additional for in
months with five weeks, which can account for weeks skipped due to weather or other
issues
If I have a question, when can I expect a response?
You can expect a response from us within 72 hours. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm.
